The hotel was adequate for the purpose on my visit and typical of many small Swedish hotels.
The staff are friendly and polite, while the facilities are basic and clean.

We were woken up at 6.30am to building work ongoing in the room next to ours. We were not notified of this at time of booking, or during our stay at the hotel. The hotel was dirty - carpet was heavily stained with big black marks covering most of the floor area, and the bathroom was very poorly cleaned. The hot breakfast was cold, and cutlery looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. There was blood stains down the inside of the bathroom door, and the toilet was loud as it was leaking. We had to turn the water supply off overnight to try and get some peace an quiet. Overall - poor quality hotel and I would not recommend this to anyone. There was no apology from staff to the building work. The price of the hotel does not suit the standard of the experience.
Top Tip
Only benefit of this hotel was that it was close to the Avenue and shopping area (10 mins walk).
